Technical data - Equipment

Description

The Gardasee bunkhouse is a gazebo that is particularly popular in allotment gardens in Berlin or Hamburg and many other large cities. Thanks to the clever room layout and the utility room integrated into the house, it leaves nothing to be desired. The equipment room is only accessible from the outside, in many allotment garden sites this is a requirement for a garden shed. If you need a little more space for your garden tools, the Gardasee II is the perfect choice. But this house is also an option for non-allotment gardeners, whether as a guest house, weekend home or small vacation home. The sleeping loft adds extra sleeping space or additional storage space to this 24 m² house.

With wall thicknesses of 50 mm or 70 mm logs, it is not only the ideal house for the nice season, you can also use it in the fall or spring, or spend a weekend or two in the winter with a small heating option.
Ideally, the loft house should then be fitted with internal roof insulation and floor insulation. The roof insulation is also very useful in summer, as it prevents the sleeping loft from heating up too much on hot summer days.

We can also offer you high-quality deluxe windows and external doors with a robust glued frame construction, one-hand turn/tilt mechanism or triple locking system as an option for this sleeping loft house.
We will be happy to implement your individual modification requests – simply ask us to provide you with a non-binding complete offer!
