Description
The Bodensee sleeping loft house is one of our most popular sleeping loft houses. It is particularly interesting for allotment gardeners as it is based on the German allotment garden law. With a floor area of 24 m², a ridge height of 3.50 m and an eaves height or side wall height of just under 2.20 m, it fits in perfectly with the relevant specifications. But it can also be used in many different ways on your own property, whether as a garden shed or a guest house. Version 2 of the Bodensee log house also offers an equipment room that can only be accessed from the outside and is integrated into the house. In most cases, this house is built with a wall thickness of 50 mm logs in double tongue & groove, so you get a solid and clever sleeping loft house for the predominant use at nice times of the year. With 70 mm logs and, if necessary, roof and floor insulation, you can of course also spend a weekend or two in it in winter. In principle, this log house is also available in 94 mm logs, but the greater wall thicknesses are at the expense of the internal room dimensions.
As with all sleeping loft houses, we can also offer you high-quality deluxe windows and exterior doors for this house as an option. These have a robust glued frame construction, one-hand turn/tilt mechanism or a triple locking system.
