The prices quoted are cash prices and are inclusive of VAT. 19 % VAT. Assembly prices are optional, you can also order all houses without assembly. Decorations, roofing felt and assembly materials are not included in the kit price. Some of the houses shown here are custom-built and may differ from the respective standard model in terms of construction and appearance, depending on the design. Some of the log cabins shown are painted with colors that are not included in the scope of delivery and services. All dimensions are approximate and subject to change.

Our exclusive floating log vacation homes are specially designed for boatyards or passionate hobby boat builders who want to create a unique experience for themselves or their customers. We offer bespoke planning that goes far beyond the boundaries of standardized houseboats to ensure that each project reflects your personal wishes and ideas.
We deliberately focus on individuality rather than mass production in our range. This means that we work closely with you to find the perfect solution for your dream houseboat by planning and designing it together.
Please note that we specialize in the provision of the log construction and therefore floats, engine, steering system and superstructures are not included in our service portfolio. These components give you the freedom to shape your vision according to your own ideas by designing them yourself or sourcing them from specialized stores.
Although we do not offer assembly of the kit on the float, we are on hand with advice and assistance to ensure your houseboat project runs smoothly. We will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding the assembly and installation of your houseboat so that we can overcome any challenges together.
