Description
Our Elbe log house can be erected with either 70 mm or 94 mm thick logs, whereby these logs are always installed in double tongue & groove, regardless of their thickness. The ridge height of this beautiful wooden house is 5.05 m. A particular highlight is the cozy sleeping loft, which is easily accessible via a 1/4 spiral wooden staircase with railings.
This sleeping loft measures 5.70 m x 6 m and is therefore not only extremely comfortable, but also very spacious with a maximum headroom of 1.90 m. The total usable area for the log cabin is 103 m², so it can also be used very well as a main house. Another attractive highlight is the exterior door with 5-point locking system, which not only meets the highest security requirements, but can also be fitted with any design of your choice, so that you can install any model you like.
In addition, this beautiful and spacious wooden holiday home is fitted with high-quality, residential-grade windows with a 1.1 U.G. value, all of which have a so-called one-hand tilt and turn function. With regard to the interior fittings, special requests can also be taken into account to a certain extent!
