The house has a floor area of 6.50 m x 10.70 m and a ridge height of 6.35 m (without roof covering), which creates an airy and spacious feeling inside. The 94 mm logs with triple tongue & groove ensure stability and durability.

The triple-glazed windows in one-hand tilt and turn with a U.G. value of 0.7 and the exterior doors with 5-point locking are not only secure, but also extremely energy-efficient. The interior features a 1/4 spiral staircase with banister to the walk-in sleeping loft, which offers additional space for guests or children.

The roof insulation with 180 mm rock wool WLG 035 + foil and the external wall insulation with 140 mm rock wool WLG 035 ensure that the house remains at a pleasant temperature in both winter and summer. The house is fitted with Isover KM Vario Duplex (diffusion-open foil on both sides) and has 23 mm log house profile cladding.

For even more comfort and a stylish ambience, an optional 26 mm floor boarding with tongue & groove made of Nordic spruce and 44 x 94 mm plank supports can be added for € 2,975.
