Betana has realized an individual sleeping loft house for a private client – from planning to implementation. The property was built in Hamburg and combines typical Nordic architecture with modern living standards.

The timber frame construction stands for sustainability, energy efficiency and a pleasant indoor climate. Large windows and bright colors create a friendly living atmosphere. The house was completely prefabricated and delivered as a timber construction kit – assembly in Hamburg was carried out by our experienced team with the utmost precision.
